Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

As we expand our warehouse in Raleigh, we’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist who puts customers first and can provide backup support for shipping, inventory, and fulfillment when needed.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Order Management

• Act as a main point of contact for customers from order intake to delivery
• Manage custom patch orders, artwork details, proofs, and approvals
• Provide updates, solve problems quickly, and ensure a top-tier customer experience
• Coordinate timelines across sales, production, and fulfillment
• Call or answer or text customers on the phone or VOIP

Process & Team Support

• Identify workflow improvements as we scale
• Support special projects, bulk orders, and high-priority customers

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of customer service, e-commerce, or operations experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus:

• Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar tools
• Fulfillment or logistics experience
• Startup or small-business background
• Interest in military, tactical, or first-responder communities
• Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop experience

Location & Schedule

• Remote Monday-Saturday depending on customer needs
• Normal business hours

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
• 20–40 hours per week
