About the role
FabFitFun is seeking a strategic and execution-focused CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the VP, Lifecycle Marketing, this role will drive campaign planning, testing, and optimization across email, SMS, and push channels. This role is based out of HQ in Beverly Hills, CA on a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push including seasonal box moments, Flash Sales, product launches, onboarding, retention, and winback
- Manage segmentation and audience strategy in partnership with Data & Analytics
- Own CRM briefs, QA, and deployment, ensuring flawless execution and a best-in-class member experience
- Dive deep into performance reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to uncover insights and translate data into clear next steps
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing plans; analyze results and make data-informed recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, lift engagement, and drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Product, and Data teams
What You'll Bring
- 4-6 years of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing experience
- Experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment; subscription or membership business a plus
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Braze strongly preferred), ESPs, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and marketing KPIs
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude
Compensation
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
