The Role
FabFitFun is hiring a Manager, CRM to lead lifecycle marketing and customer retention programs. This role reports to the VP of Lifecycle Marketing and is based in Beverly Hills, CA.
Responsibilities
- Own CRM strategy and execution across email and SMS channels
- Develop and optimize customer lifecycle programs to drive retention and LTV
- Build segmentation, automation flows, and personalization strategies
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into optimizations
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
- Strong knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms
- Data-driven with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis
- Experience at a DTC or subscription brand preferred
