What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding post-purchase issues such as returns, tracking orders, and cancellations
- Provide prompt and courteous service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Enter and process customer requests efficiently
- Educate customers on company policies and procedures
- Notify Customer Service Leadership of issues or trends encountered during customer interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in an automotive-related customer service role
