Remote Customer Service Representative - Aftermarket Auto Parts

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle incoming customer calls regarding post-purchase issues, including returns, tracking orders, and cancellations
  • Provide professional and efficient service to all customer inquiries
  • Accurately enter and process customer requests in a timely manner
  • Educate customers on policies and procedures to enhance their experience
  • Identify and report trends or issues to Customer Service Leadership while meeting performance expectations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including keyboarding and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bi-lingual language skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
