Job Title: Customer Support & Office Manager

Overview:

A New York–based luxury womenswear label known is seeking a highly resourceful, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Office Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to contribute across customer service, operations, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support (E-commerce):

  • Manage day-to-day customer inquiries across email and other platforms
  • Provide timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses
  • Handle order issues, returns, exchanges, and general support needs

Office Management:

  • Oversee the smooth daily operations of the office
  • Maintain organization of supplies, workspace, and inventory
  • Coordinate internal logistics and support team needs

Shipping & Fulfillment:

  • Oversee shipping operations from the office
  • Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders and samples
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues

Sample & Product Management:

  • Organize and maintain sample inventory
  • Run samples for internal and external needs (press, shoots, etc.)

PR & Administrative Support:

  • Assist with PR-related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with external partners, stylists, and press contacts
  • Support brand initiatives and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, office management, or fashion/retail operations is a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Salary $75,000
