Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Customer Support Coordinator located in Dubuque, IA. The coordinator will oversee daily operations, support customer interactions, and ensure smooth workflow processes. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, coordinating orders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the operations team to optimize efficiency and satisfaction. A successful candidate will maintain a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build relationships and provide exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Analytical skills to assess and solve operational challenges efficiently
  • Experience in operations management and handling day-to-day workflow processes
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Supporting in packing and ecommerce work through online orders
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software is a plus
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous
