Global Digital Program Manager (CX Platforms)
Duration: 6 months+ extensions
Location: 2-3 days onsite in Milwaukee, WI
About the Role
We’re looking for a Global Digital Program Manager to lead a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) program spanning multiple regions, platforms, and delivery teams.
This is a high-impact, program-level role focused on driving alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable delivery across a complex global portfolio. You’ll work closely with business leaders, product teams, and external partners to keep initiatives on track and delivering value.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end program plan across multiple workstreams
- Drive cross-team coordination across product, engineering, regional teams, and vendors
- Lead quarterly/PI planning and align roadmap priorities with delivery capacity
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across global teams
- Oversee vendor and partner delivery to ensure timelines and quality are met
- Provide clear executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisions
- Ensure readiness for releases (UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare)
- Support and guide Project Managers and Delivery Leads
- Partner with business teams to drive adoption and value realization
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in IT, digital, or transformation programs
- 3–5+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong skills in program governance, risk management, and executive reporting
- Hands-on experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Background supporting digital platforms or enterprise systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with CX, digital commerce, or transformation programs
- Exposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, or similar platforms
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or related certifications
- Experience working across US and LATAM (Spanish is a plus)
