CX Job BoardFull-Time
Associate Manager, eCommerce
Date: Aug 27, 2026
Location: New York, NY, US
Summary
Daily Harvest was built on a simple idea: that eating well shouldn't be a whole production. The moment has never been more right for what we offer. Our mission has always been: “we take care of food so that food can take care of you”, and now, in tandem with our parent company Chobani, we’re part of a much bigger, highly meaningful movement to make better food more accessible to everyone.
We're nurturing a loyal, decades-built DTC base while spearheading a revitalization of the frozen aisle at Retail and expanding into new formats and channels as we build the next big, beloved better-for-you food brand.
The Associate Manager, eCommerce role is a critical position in our core DTC and emerging channels business. This is an ownership role centered on management and execution toward commercial goals. You’ll own day-to-day site management, digital merchandising, and campaign execution while serving as the cross-functional connective tissue between Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering. This role is for someone who thrives in the details, keeps a commercial calendar moving without dropping balls, is inherently curious, and can turn data into a clear story. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who’s also comfortable rolling up their sleeves in platforms and tools, with strong project management, analytical, and creative judgment skills.
Responsibilities
Digital Merchandising & Site Management
• Execute day-to-day site merchandising and management to drive discoverability and conversion: PDPs, collection pages, homepage, navigation, content modules, and upsell/cross-sell placements across multiple customer segments.
• Own site accuracy: manage culinary team updates, ensure content reflects current assortment and promotions, and proactively flag discrepancies.
• Support new product launches and seasonal promotions in Shopify: PDP setup, bundling configuration, and module updates.
• Maintain brand, copy, and design standards across all on-site touchpoints, and ensure freshness and consistency.
• Partner with Customer Service, Digital Product, and Engineering to prioritize site enhancements and resolve issues quickly.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Own on-site strategy and briefs for full-funnel site updates across launches, promotions, campaigns, and GTM initiatives.
• Ensure cross-channel alignment across Paid, Lifecycle, Brand, and Culinary so the site reflects what’s going out in the market.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative to brief ecommerce campaigns and on-site activations; coordinate handoffs clearly and proactively.
Data & Insights
• Own weekly ecommerce recaps and regular business reviews, delivering insight-forward analysis that surfaces the “so what” and clear next steps, not just data pulls.
• Track and report on core KPIs (CVR, traffic, AOV, UPT, LTV, sell-through) with context and recommended actions.
• Analyze site and product performance (including heatmaps, reviews, and customer feedback) to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
CRO & A/B Testing
• Support ongoing CRO and A/B testing initiatives in partnership with Digital Product and Data, including hypothesis input, test QA, and results reporting.
• Candidates with strong CRO backgrounds may take on roadmap ownership and prioritization, but this is an upside opportunity, not a baseline requirement.
SEO Agency Management [ST1.1]
• Manage the SEO agency day-to-day: ensure the content calendar is executed on time, deliverables meet Daily Harvest’s brand and quality standards, and agency is meeting performance expectations.
• QA blog and content outputs for regulatory accuracy, nutritional claims, and tone of voice before publication.
• Report on organic traffic and conversion performance as part of the regular ecommerce business review cadence.
