The Role
GHOST is looking for a Customer Support Representative to manage customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone. You'll be the front line of the GHOST customer experience, resolving issues while maintaining brand voice and hitting performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone channels
- Resolve issues and escalate appropriately
- Maintain the GHOST brand voice across all customer communications
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPI and customer satisfaction targets
- Document customer interactions accurately
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business preferred, or 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
