The Role

This role is based in New York and will support Nabis' growing New York market, working with brands and retail partners operating under New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations. The CX Associate acts as an extension of the Nabis operation, aligning the goals of brands and retail partners with the day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to internal and external Nabis Partners including brands and retailers
  • Support customer experience managers with ad-hoc projects
  • Execute inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Maintain response times, missed call rates, and KPIs at or above team average
  • Work with stakeholders to champion partner needs and improve partner success
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate channels

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Strong communication across phone, Zendesk, and Slack
  • High patience and empathy for partners
  • Experience with de-escalation and client retention
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Compensation

  • $20–$23 per hour, paid weekly
