TrustClarity is an e-commerce marketplace platform that uses AI to help large industrial manufacturers, distributors, contractors and operators to optimally list and sell their excess inventory. Using AI-powered technology, TrustClarity converts excess inventory listings into data-rich online product listings that are marketed and sold through various ecommerce channels and outreach sales methods.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at the Willis Tower in Chicago, IL. We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager who acts as an active quarterback and project manager for our clients. You will own the full lifecycle of client outcomes, building deep strategic relationships while driving measurable business impact with the TrustClarity platform.
This is not a support role. You will be expected to run calls, lead strategy conversations, identify risks early, and proactively fix them before they become issues. Your focus is on client retention, satisfaction, and delivering real business results—not just reporting metrics.
