Hiring: Customer Portal & eCommerce Platform Manager
š Hybrid ā Duluth/Johns Creek, GA (3 days onsite)
š Full-Time Contract | Potential for Conversion
Weāre looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented eCommerce Platform Manager to support a large B2B customer portal and digital experience platform.
This role is heavily focused on cross-functional coordination, content management, customer experience, communication, and platform operations rather than hands-on software development. Ideal candidates will come from digital marketing, eCommerce operations, customer portal management, or web content administration backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Coordinate platform updates, content publishing, and release activities
⢠Partner with Marketing, UX, Customer Support, and IT teams
⢠Support backlog management and Agile workflows
⢠Execute testing, validate updates, and ensure smooth customer experiences
⢠Monitor site performance and help resolve customer-impacting issues
⢠Manage CMS content and approval workflows
Preferred Background:
⢠Experience supporting eCommerce or customer portal platforms
⢠Magento/Adobe Commerce experience strongly preferred
⢠Drupal experience strongly preferred
⢠Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
⢠Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
