We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented eCommerce Platform Manager to support a large B2B customer portal and digital experience platform.

This role is heavily focused on cross-functional coordination, content management, customer experience, communication, and platform operations rather than hands-on software development. Ideal candidates will come from digital marketing, eCommerce operations, customer portal management, or web content administration backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate platform updates, content publishing, and release activities

• Partner with Marketing, UX, Customer Support, and IT teams

• Support backlog management and Agile workflows

• Execute testing, validate updates, and ensure smooth customer experiences

• Monitor site performance and help resolve customer-impacting issues

• Manage CMS content and approval workflows

Preferred Background:

• Experience supporting eCommerce or customer portal platforms

• Magento/Adobe Commerce experience strongly preferred

• Drupal experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
