Vice President of Customer Success

Role Overview


As a Customer Success – Healthcare & Dental Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic client growth and delivering value-driven, AI-enabled solutions across Healthcare, Dental, Multi-Unit, and Retail Health domains. Acting as both a trusted advisor and a subject matter expert, you will combine industry insight with solutioning expertise to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities for innovation and expansion.


In this role, you will lead strategic account growth, oversee revenue and profitability, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable client outcomes. Your deep understanding of the healthcare and dental landscape, combined with a strong grasp of how AI is applied to workflows, will enable you to shape tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and align with evolving market needs. You will also stay attuned to industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the US market to proactively guide clients toward digital transformation and long-term success. Key Responsibilities


• Client Relationship & Business Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, while proactively identifying new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existing

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Healthcare Dental Domain, including domains such as Multi-Unit Healthcare and Retail Health (Vet, Vision, etc),, providing strategic insights and domain knowledge to drive solutions.

• Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term client success and revenue growth.

• Revenue & Profitability Management: Meet and exceed revenue targets by managing account P&L and identifying cost-effective solutions.

• Solution Selling: Understand client needs and align company services and products to deliver tailored, industry-specific AI solutions, leveraging vertical AI capabilities across domains such as Health & Dental Care to address unique business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, renewals, and pricing negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.

• Market & Industry Research: Continuously monitor emerging trends, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitor strategies across Healthcare, Dental, Multi-Unit, and Retail Health domains. Leverage these insights to anticipate client challenges, identify innovation opportunities, and deliver proactive AI-driven and business transformation solutions aligned with industry’s best practices. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the US region.


Required Skills & Experience


• Experience: 12-18 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in consulting, IT services, or enterprise solutions.

• Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Healthcare and Dental industry and the ability to position company offerings effectively.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to address client challenges with strategic and innovative solutions.

• Project & Financial Management: Experience in handling project budgets, P&L, and contract terms.

• Technical Acumen: Knowledge of IT solutions, digital transformation, and dental software products.
