Customer Service Specialist


BAYAM Jewelry is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.


We are looking for someone professional, friendly, organized, and experienced in handling customer communication across phone, email, live chat, and social media. The ideal candidate understands luxury customer experience and knows how to create strong relationships with customers while solving problems efficiently.


Responsibilities


* Assist customers through phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media

* Help customers with orders, product questions, shipping updates, repairs, and returns

* Provide professional and friendly customer support at all times

* Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently

* Work closely with the sales and shipping teams

* Maintain accurate customer records and order notes

* Follow up with customers when needed

* Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive reviews


Requirements


* Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Professional and positive attitude

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Experience with Shopify, customer service platforms, or CRM systems is a plus

* Experience in jewelry, watches, luxury retail, or e-commerce is preferred


Compensation & Benefits


* Salary: $60,000 – $72,000 per year depending on experience
