About the Role

The Liquid I.V. Customer Experience team is searching for a Coordinator to support daily customer support operations across all front-facing contact channels. This role sits under the customer support operations function, assisting customers with shipment delays, address verification, and backorder and preorder scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to email, phone calls, chat messages, and social media comments
  • Manage fulfillment order issues such as invalid addresses, backordered items, or out of stock items
  • Escalate issues affecting customer satisfaction
  • Assist with special projects during peak seasons including order support and shipping delay notifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years in customer support, CX, social media community management, or fulfillment coordinator roles
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems, Shopify, and subscription management systems (SKIO, OrderGroove, or Recharge)
  • Strong inbox management and prioritization skills
