eBay Customer Experience Associate, PSA Vault

The Role

Collectors is looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable eBay Customer Experience Associate for their PSA Vault team. You will work directly with customers on inquiries and concerns regarding eBay listings, ensure the accuracy and completeness of auction titles, and serve as a connector across business units that touch eBay submissions. You will report to the Customer Care Supervisor and work onsite at Santa Ana, CA headquarters 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of eBay auction titles for graded cards, ensuring clear and concise item representation
  • Collaborate with vault operations to review and improve title descriptions and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct detailed research on graded cards and memorabilia to validate listing information
  • Catalog common titling issues and partner with manager to improve product workflows
  • Act as main point of contact for eBay buyers by managing the PSA eBay store message inbox
  • Work with customer care team to address feedback and inquiries on title accuracy
  • Cross-reference images with title descriptions alongside the product photography team
  • Stay current on trends, market values, and card specifications

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of graded cards (sports and non-sports): brands, players, variations, and market demand
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify and correct inaccuracies in listings
  • Excellent research skills to gather and validate information from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with grading and e-commerce industries, especially collectible marketplaces (eBay, PWCC, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and similar tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Passion for card collecting; prior experience highly desirable
  • Customer-first mindset with a track record of going above and beyond
