ripple+ is a fast-scaling wellness brand operating across the UK and US, offering a better alternative for those looking for a positive way to unwind. With a growing subscriber base and expanding US operations, ripple+ is building its CRM function from the ground up.

The Role

We're looking for a data-driven CRM & Digital Retention Manager to own the CRM function across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing, with direct impact on LTV, repeat purchase rate, and subscriber retention. You'll work directly with co-founders and have genuine ownership and budget autonomy from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Own Klaviyo platform management and all CRM programs end-to-end
  • Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys from acquisition through retention
  • Build segmentation frameworks and automated campaign flows
  • Own subscriber retention metrics and run ongoing A/B testing programs
  • Collaborate across eCommerce, creative, and product teams

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on CRM experience in DTC or subscription businesses
  • Expert-level Klaviyo proficiency
  • Strong analytical abilities with GA4 or similar tools
  • Proven track record of improving repurchase rate, LTV, and subscriber retention
